Elektror blowers and side channel blowers are the heart of many vacuum lifting tools. They generate the negative pressure that ensures the reliable fixing of the material. What is enormously important here is the exact arrangement of the Elektror device to guarantee a safe hold of the loads to the suction base.
Special attention must be paid to the air permeability and size of the material to be lifted, since even if there are any leakages (e.g. if the workpiece is smaller than the suction area) and negative pressure losses (e.g. with very air-permeable materials), there must still be enough holding power. Depending on the size and design of the lifting device, differently shaped loads weighing up to 4t can be lifted vertically or horizontally using a vacuum.
